CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or changes 14 days before the scheduled check-in date are free of charge. For cancellations or changes made at least 4 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will be charged for the full amount of the first night’s accommodation. For any cancellations or changes made later than that, there is a fee of 50% of the value of your booking. Any no-show will result in the total payment of your booking.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is 1 pm. In case of early arrival, our staff will show you to your room if that is available, otherwise you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at the reception.

CHECK-OUT

On departure day, you can keep you room until 12pm. If you wish a small extension, please contact the reception (11). You can also take advantage of our Stay Late service, which for a small charge allows you to prolog your stay until 6pm.

PAYMENT POLICY

Upon arrival, a room account is created under your name, in which you can easily charge any of our services you wish to use. This account will be settled up upon departure by issuing the document you wish or it can by settled up by your company, upon contact with our hotel’s reservation department. Payments may be made by all credit cards issued by main Greek and foreign banks. In cases of long-term stay at our complex, for your best convenience you will be asked by the reception to settle up your account at the end of each week.

PETS

Except for guide dogs, unfortunately your favorite pets are not able to join you at your stay in our complex.
